Multiple states across the nation will be conducting DUI checkpoints this upcoming weekend in order to make sure that drivers are not impaired while driving after celebrating the Cinco de Mayo holiday.

Beyond just stationary checkpoints, some states that do not allow for this, will be having mobile patrols. This will allow for police on motorcycles to drive right next to drivers and make sure that they are driving intoxicated. Eleven states will use the mobile patrolling method.

Drunk driving is serious issue that can cause accidents and injury to anyone on the roadway. Contact the Philadelphia car accident lawyers of Lowenthal & Abrams, P.C. by calling 610-667-7511 today.
